I DRIFTED A CAR AROUND MY COLLEGE CAMPUS

Role: Director, Editor

This was my senior capstone film at George Fox University—a car drift sequence shot across campus and built to feel like a cinematic action piece. I directed and edited the project, working with a full team of industry professionals and students to bring it to life.

We partnered with Daniel Hurst and Evan Engstrom from Via Films, brought in Emmy-winning drone pilot Alex Emberlin, and collaborated with a professional drift driver who’s also an Emmy-winning cinematographer with experience shooting for Ken Block. The advanced cinematography class at George Fox helped coordinate production, including locking down roads during the shoot.

It was one of the most challenging and rewarding projects I’ve done—and it premiered as the opener for the 2025 George Fox Film Festival.
